FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
Gary Craig’s Guidelines for EFT Courses
In November 2004, Gary Craig the developer of EFT introduced new guidelines for
EFT Training worldwide.
Approved Trainers are now required to provide a standardised syllabus that ensures
that all students study the same material and reach the same standards of competency.
Courses that conform to theses guidelines are called EFT Level 1, 2 and 3 and
receive the Gary Craig seal of approval.
The courses designated EFT Level 1,2 and 3 run by approved trainer Beryl Comar
have the Gary Craig seal of approval and thus are internationally recognised.
EFT Levels: Explained
EFT Level 1
This course is intended to teach EFT to people who have an interest in using
it on themselves and family and friends as a self-help technique. It also
serves as the introductory level for therapists providing a firm foundation
for further study.
EFT Level 2
This course is intended to train EFT Practitioners to the level required to
work with clients. By the end of this training students will have covered
all the basic techniques used within EFT.
EFT Level 3
The EFT Level 3 course is intended to take students beyond techniques and into
the art of reframing and developing their own intuition.
